Our doors are warranted against all mfg defects for a one-year period following delivery, provided these instructions are followed:
- Dimensions Doors responsibility is limited SOLELY to the value of the product. The product's finish, initial installation, labour, re-installation and transportation of the defective product are not covered by Dimensions Doors. The product must be returned to our factory for repair or replacement.
- Our doors are guaranteed against all defects for one year from delivery date, on condition that the following instructions are fulfilled:

The door must be treated without delay upon delivery to our distributor or merchant. If the door is not forwarded to the consumer within an acceptable time limit and a breakage or problem of any kind is reported to us, the decision to repair or replace said product remains Dimensions Doors' prerogative. |

Doors must never be subjected to excessive moisture or drastic temperature variance before treatments. Wood is living matter which will absorb all climatic changes, and that can cause cracking and/or swelling. |

All six faces of the product must absolutely be treated without delay. If the door includes a sweep, it must be removed by the consumer in order to treat the bottom of the door. Failure to treat it will void the warranty.
Note: The choice of finish is up to the consumer. However, we recommend oil-based stains for colours, followed by UV-resistant varnish for the exterior. We suggest that you deal with a professional to finish your door in order to adequately protect your investment.

- Dimensions Doors is in no way responsible for problems related to installation and adjustment of the doors. It is normal for a wooden entrance door to require seasonal adjustment.
- Warping of 1/4" or less, tolerance of 1/8" in height or width, are not considered mfg defects.
- Panes and thermos installed on doors are covered by the glass manufacturer for a 5-year period against condensation. No warranty applies to thermal breakage. All mfg defects that are invisible to the naked eye a metre from the glass surface are not to be considered as defects.
- Cracks and minor splits are not to be considered as defects. Any replacement request must be authorized by a representative following actual door inspection by said representative.
- Colour variations in the wood are not covered by the warranty.
- Our doors are not covered for commercial usage.

Patio Doors
Our wood patio doors have no adjustable rollers underneath, thus providing smoother sliding. It is therefore essential to adjust the door parallel to the door frame. That's the only way to ensure proper functioning of the mechanism and leak tightness.
When installing, the door frame must be adjusted so that the opening door is parallel to the door frame. Otherwise, the operation of the locks, of the multipoint lock and leaktightness of the door will be impaired.
